Headwaters is a series of coastal modern home designs rooted in the Lowcountry’s timeless vernacular. Each plan reinterprets the quiet grace of old Southern and antebellum forms—broad porches, deep rooflines, shaded breezeways—with modern lines, natural materials, and expansive glass that frame light, trees, and water.

Every home is designed as a complete work: architecture, engineering, and interiors developed together to create cohesive, well-crafted environments. The structures balance simplicity and precision—standing-seam roofs, cypress or cedar cladding, tabby or limestone foundations—celebrating honest materials and strong geometry.

Headwaters plans are made for the coast: open to the elements yet protected, equally suited for the marsh, the river’s edge, or barrier island. The result is a quiet, enduring architecture that connects people to nature through proportion, material, and light.
